To Inner Peace
Inner
Peace in other words “Peace Of
Mind”. Do
we have the Inner Peace?
Most people would like to have some peace of mind in their life.
Every
day we are getting busier and depressed due to the numerous things that
can affect our inner feelings. The quality of our lives
suffers
because most of us are unaware and unable to find and maintain the
sense of having an inner peace in our daily life.
All
the above and more has an impact in our Inner Peace. Somehow we have
caught in the rat race and ignored to nature our Inner peace.
If
we pay some attention to our Inner peace we are able to handle the
situations much better and we will have the mindset to deal any problem.
Inner
peace can give us calmness, strong, happiness and making the right
decision or handle stress etc. Some cases Inner Peace –
potential is restricted by their believes and conditional
upbringing, pier group influence etc. To gain inner peace there are so
many ways people can approach to get their full happiness by getting
their inner peace.
First, ask
your self are you happy, are you making
the right decision, are you handling the stress , are you looking at
your life with positive attitude. If you answer any one of them with
“No”, then you might be seeking help to your Inner Peace.
Once
you are in the seeking
position, that is the starting point to Inner
peace. My instrument to seek for inner Peace was I want to be a calm
person and look the world with positive attitude.
I
started to
explore many ways to find out what I can do to be a better and happier
person. I met one Guru who teaches transcendental mediation, visited
the place I was living at that time. I had a chat to him about what I
want to acheive. He was
prepared to teach me transcendental mediation to me if I am keen and
committed to finding the inner peace. I was dedicated and
learned
meditation
from him. It took a while to cleanse my baggage which I have been
carrying since from childhood, and to be able to see
the world with clear mind. It was hard first to come out of conditions
which have been set before. I was disciplined and set on my goals to
achieve my inner
peace, I was able to reach there.
My goal is
a to keep my inner peace at to my full extent, and I am still committed
and doing to keep my inner peace.
I
will come out from meditation with fullness, happy and so much of
peace. I realised that is what called inner peace. The experience I
cannot explain, everyone have to experience by them self. Inner peace
is my life soul and every think I can depend on. I became a
very
calm, strong, stress free, oriented person. The struggle was
over
for me. I do not have to push to doing any think I do not want to. The
feeling of always surrounded by all thinks like feeling good about
myself, happy, love, joy and peace.
I always
had the inner resources
to easily overcome these problems. Nothing seems difficult. There is
calmness and a serenity and unhurriedness - no more striving or
straining about anything.
I want all
of you to get this inner peace and feel the same experiences I have and
had.
